Will Brooks Brothers exchange my torn, frayed pants?

In addition, the cuffs on both pairs have fraying and places where the fabric has split in half along the crease. Anyone have experience with Brooks Brothers' "unconditional guarantee?" Will they replace mine with new pairs?
