I bought an extreme email engine online and it came with linux suse s0ometyhing like that. and i cant log in.?

the O.S is already installed and the username and password are on a sticker on the side of the machine. I log in with the information according to the sticker on the side and after i push enter it asks me for the guardian #. How am i suppose to get pass this?
