Computer geniuses helppppp meeeeeeeeeeeee?

so i was watching doctor who and my computer closed down so i started it up and the desktop was SOLID BLACK no tools , toolbars , icons nothing but the mouse moves about so i started up again and went onto safe mode with networking did a virus scan with malwarebytes and found about 7 viruses so i removed them but the problem was still there someone told me to download superantispyware and it found over 700 spyware so i deleted them so now theres NO VIRUSES on my computer but it still wont work please help by the way i have a ACER NOTEBOOK WITH WINDOWS 7 and when i press ctr+alt+delete i can get onto the task manager but cant acess run or the internet so please help and these stupid viruses have done something to my system restore it turned it of and i have no clue how to turn it back on and its did something to my internet aswell several pages keep getting re direted to antiviruses downloads and utube pages and stuff but most of them are ok please help i will absolutly love you if you do please thank you
