What are some good bands like augustana, kean, the fray etc...?

Looking for some bands that use a lot of piano or violins or other instruments. Bands like coldplay, onerepublic, augustana, stuff like that. But no punk music or hard rock. Probably some of the bands that I'm searching for aren't known very much. Thanks!
