Need help getting rid of ebook raising cpu to 100%?

alright just yesterday my laptop started going really slow so i check my cpu by clicking ctr alt delet and its at 100%and then i went to processes and there was something called svchost and there was about 40 of them and in descriptions there was ebooks how the heck do i get them off my computer ive treid deleting it but it doesnt seem to change anything
