Will Brooks Brothers exchange my torn, frayed pants?

I have 2 pairs of Brooks Brothers chinos that I bought less than 2 years ago and recently wore a hole in the crotch, in the same spot, within weeks of each other. In addition, the cuffs on both pairs have fraying and places where the fabric has split in half along the crease. Anyone have experience with Brooks Brothers' "unconditional guarantee?" Will they replace mine with new pairs?
