Google Adsense Stats help?

I've had Google adsense before but my account was banned due to the fact that I was telling people ( publically on the blog ) to click on the advertisements. now I privately ask people to do it, I'm pretty sure I have thus found a loop hole in the Adsense system, anyway, I make sure not to get my CTR too high, but I was wondering what a normal CTR is? Mine is .51% right now, do I have room to go up before Google become suspicious? My CPC is fairly low at only .71 . Will someone evaluate these statistics for me?!
