I am really having a hard time potty training my 2.5 sob?

I am a single mother so my sons dad isnt an option. Today he pooped on himself then I made him clean it up but them he said caca and I took him to the bathroom. Nothing works! The stickers the rewards nothing works. I am in desperate nerd for help
