I'm going in the navy as a ctr, and am interested in volunteering for CSST for seals, what exactly do they do?

I'm joining the navy as a ctr, and was wondering exactly what CSST does. Do they get training like seals? Do they work with seal teams? Do they go on missions as support? Do they get any combat training at all? Any info would greatly be appreciated.
