Which of these pairs of shorts are best?

Well im not sure if you're a girl or guy but the light blue seems a little more feminine to me and the dark blue more masculine. But either way if you want something you can wear many different coloured shirts with then you should go with a black, that way you don't have to stick to one colour, where as if you go with the blues you would have to wear either a blue, white or black top.
