Can i return this yankees cap?

ok, i bought the hat yesturday and aftyer i did a little researching abiout real and fake yankees hat, i realized that my hat was fake. I have the tag, but i ripped the stickers out of the front of the hat, can i still return it? Also ripped out the size of the hat and stuff like that
