My hair is so frayed! Help?

It has frayed so much! Almost all my hairs are a different lengths. If I take a shower every other day, deep condition it ever time I do take a shower, will my hair grown back and be normal again? I'm super upset about it! I don't wanna cut my hair, I love it long! It's really long:(
