How do i make my computer screen smaller?

i was pressing buttons on accident and all of a sudden my whole screen is enlarged. I tried using ctr and the minus button but that only makes the text in the windows screen smaller. My whole screen is englarged, everything on the internet to everything on my desktop. How do i get it back to regular? (using shortcut keys)
