I heard a song that sounded like the fray, its a slow romantic song and theyve used it on tv shows like greys?

i was proposed to and i dont know the song that was playing during the proposal and i want it at my wedding. i thought it was the Fray, they sound similar and its a mens band, and a slow song. i have no idea what any of the lyrics are.. but i know they use this song in tv shows for romantic scenes. please help!!!
