OH MY GOD!! I THINK MY DOG HAS A TUMOR?!?!?

That happened to my cat, don't worry. It's most likely not a tumor. It's probably a fat deposit. My cat has had this sort of bulge on her stomach for years and she is perfectly ok. So calm down, it's nothing serious though you may want a vet to check it out just in case.
